 Policies on instructional delivery of lessons by teachers must also be collaboratively work- out with the school head.
 Establish clear expectations on the learning progress of the learners with the help of the parent.
 Identify the important roles of parents, teachers, and the assistance of the community on the learning delivery platform in the
new normal.
 Create a method of monitoring processes on the outputs (MOVs) of the learners.

Encourage teachers to perform well in the new normal by explaining to them their important role in the success of the delivery
of learning. For this time, their performance will not only be evaluated by the school head but by the parent of their pupils as
well.

 The school needs budget in the reproduction of learning resources and procurement of tools such as the following;

 Basically, all the identified learning and non-learning needs are responsibilities of the school head. Hence, the school head must do her best to do
something on the identified needs thru the help of the teachers, assistance of the parents and support of the LGUs and other stakeholders to make
education work under the pandemic situation. Everyone has an important role to play in order to implement the new normal education set up in the new
normal platform.
