I. OBJECTIVES:
Develop skills in participating productively, safely and responsibly in any school activities.
Provide teachers to reflect on what students need to learn.
Empower teachers to carry out quality instruction.
Provide feedback to teachers during regular or scheduled observations.
Develop respect for learner’s characteristics and experiences.
II. STRATEGIES:
Provide meaningful instructions through feed backing techniques.
Use updated Classroom Observation Tools in assessing the teaching-learning process.
Tactful but respectful exchanges of ideas.
Conduct weekly to monthly observations which lead to teaching expectations to provide positive and corrective feedback
III. PROCEDURE:
Respond to the assistance needed.
Create desirable and engaging modalities that demonstrate high expectations for teachers.
Engage all teachers to different instructional styles which will elicit meaningful instruction of content.
Demonstrate relevant materials that help the realization of developmentally appropriate teaching-learning styles.
Send a pre-observation form for debriefing before the scheduled observation.
