Observation/Challenges:

Ursula Von Der Leyen, a President of EU Commission once said, “ Together, we’ll overcome this
pandemic, prepare to face future ones, reduce the impact on the vulnerable and address root
causes “.
This trend and newly breed of education paves our Institution to open its endeavors to work out
possibilities and opportunities with the help of stakeholders and support system in the
community. Our school needs learning resources and facilities to meet the demands of time.
The difficulties was turned into a sort of challenges and now we doubled our effort to best
served our learners in the community. We are not prepared for this but truly, through the
immediate action of the Department our schools in the District of Tagoloan are persistent with
the a prime goal of Department of Education to address the challenges of this school year as we
continually battle the pandemic situation. These were the Issues and challenges and some of the
observations tackled during the training.
That there is a need of the following to be able to promote the equitable education for all
through Blended Learning:

consent.
5. More approaches for motivations through Virtual instructions.
6. Explore Technological skills in dealing with the new normal-virtual set up.
Realized and facilitate the Radio –based and TV based Instructions

Conclusions:

Our substantive speakers left a challenge and words of inspiration and encouragement as they
marked the closing of the event. This relevant In Service Training promotes team building,
develop better insights, approaches strategies for educational progress.

Truly, DepEd’s mission in times of pandemic continues! Nothing hampers our goals and
aspirations to provide for educational welfare despite the challenges of Pandemic.

We need to functionally promote a sole responsibility, act with determination, dedication, self-
discipline, and efforts to surpass this school years. Alone, reaching our goals would be
impossible, but together, we can make it happen.
