Bachelors in Education,
Diploma in Education.
As the General Manager, I was responsible for performing regular administration and
management activities of the company. Organize the internal regime of the corporation,
use the corporation seal, issue correspondence and oversaw that the accounting is up to
date.
Represent the corporation and act on their behalf before judicial, administrative, labor,
municipal, political and police authorities, whether throughout the country or abroad.
Submit projects for annual reports and financial statements, annual budgets, work
programs and other activities to the Board of Directors for approval.
Prepare and execute the budget approved by the Board of Directors and propose
amendments to such budget.
Conduct work relationships, with powers to delegate functions and appoint within the
company, taking into account the number of people approved by the Board of Directors
to compose the company’s headcount.
Order payments, negotiate, enter into, amend, terminate or settle contracts, agreements
and any commitments of all kind.
As an associate teacher at Milimani primary school, I was a friend to the school and not
a fully time teacher, attached to the lower primary school. In the short time as an
associate teacher to the school, I headed the school’s Guidance & Counseling Department
as well as the team leader of the girl guides association and music trainer.
I founded the school in the year 1998, then later registered in 1999 as a full-fledged
(Primary School level) learning institution.
I Selected the founding team, then the management team and unveiling it whilst I headed
the Management team as the Managing Director.
As the founder and managing Director I was responsible for maintaining the operational
performance of the company, monitoring the actions of the functional board directors,
assuming full accountability to the board for all company operations. I also represented
the company at educational stakeholders meetings, Parents of the school and also in
professional associations. I was also tasked in building and maintaining an effective
executive team, formulating and successfully implementing company policy, directing
strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company.
I was responsible for developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term
objectives and priorities established by the board, maintaining an ongoing dialogue with
the chairman of the board, ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of
performance are not only understood but owned by the management and other employee

I was a senior teacher, headed of Guidance & Counseling Department and also headed of
school’s disciplinary committee.
ACHIEVEMENTS
2013 - I attended a Leadership certificate course, lasting one month at the World of Faith Bible
Institute.
2011 – Pursued a 3 day Professional Development and Training program at Kampala University.
2005 – Attended a Basic certificate Bible Course at World of Faith Bible Institute.
2001 – 2003 I was the leader of Women Inspiration Self Help group, established under the
SMEP for women’s financial empowerment under SMEP, a program about expanding financial
inclusion in women.
SKILLS
Natural team leader – I have been the co-ordinator for the women meeting and summits in my
church.
