Residence Permit for Study Purpose

(art. 39 Decreto Legislativo n° 286/98 e succ. mod. ; artt. 44 bis, 45 e 46 DPR 394/99 e succ. mod.)

a. An application filled out and signed by the person concerned (Module 1);
b. Photocopy of any passport or other equivalent document (see Table 4);
