-The Senior High School focal person and Head teacher, Mrs. Ladylyn Cruz,
started the post conference to all Grade 11 advisers at 1:00 in the afternoon.
She conducted the post conference virtually one adviser at a time. All the five
grade 11 advisers were able to finish the post conference.
- To keep track of the monitoring of learners being conducted by the advisers
- To check on the progress of the learners in the homeroom guidance
program
- To address concerns of the advisers regarding the implementation of the
homeroom guidance program

SHS Focal Person/ Head Teacher I
- The advisers presented the monitoring tool for learners that they filled out
- The advisers presented the learners’ outputs in homeroom guidance
- The SHS Focal person checked on the progress of the learners in the
homeroom guidance program
- The SHS Focal person asked the advisers on the difficulties that they
encountered in implementing the program and how they dealt with it
- The SHS Focal person asked the advisers on the difficulties encountered by
the learners
- The SHS Focal person addressed the concerns raised by the advisers
- The SHS Focal Person gave recommendations on how to better reach out to
the learners to achieve the goals of the program
- The SHS Focal Person reminded the advisers of the requirements to be
accomplished and submitted with reference to the homeroom guidance
program
- The advisers take note of the recommendations and the requirements of the
program
