I, Jonathan G. Olegario, SST-II, would like to sincerely apologize for not

being able to attend the seminar this coming July 26 – 28, 2023 entitled
“Pansangay na Seminar-Worksyap sa Pagsulat ng Pananaliksik ng mga
Guro sa JHS at SHS Filipino” as representative from SHS Filipino teachers.
This is due to the reason that the date July 25 to 27, 2023 is already
intended for the “surprised” celebration of our parents’ 30th Wedding
Anniversary that will be held on one of the hotel resorts in San Juan, La
Union. This is great opportunity to enjoy and have strong bonding among
our family members.

Attached herewith is the proof of payments in accommodating the hotel

resort as downpayment last June 19, 2023. It is hoped that this request
merit your favorable attention.
