Greetings!

As part of our school annual safety program and for the effectiveness in our
organization’s emergency preparedness and response in case of fire. We want to
raise the awareness of fire hazards in our workplace and how to act safely in the
event of an emergency fire situation, including selecting and using a fire extinguisher
to train our employees in your fire safety procedures.

We would like to request in your good office to conduct a fire safety seminar as well
as actual fire drill in our premises with students and school personnel if possible, this
coming August 17, 2023 at 9:00 am. This will be held at Luciano B. Rama Sr.
Memorial National High School.
