In the exigency of the service, you are hereby designated as the GULAYAN SA PAARALAN
COORDINATOR of SAN ISIDRO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL effective immediately in addition to your
regular teaching load (reference: RA 1880. CSC Resolution N. 080096. DepEd memo 291 s. 2008, DepEd
Order No. 16. S. 2009, RA 9155, Magna Carta for Public School teachers, Civil Service Code).
You are expected to perform the duties and responsibilities attached to your designation and
such other related functions as may be assigned

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare, consolidate, and submit accurate and updated GPP quarterly reports.
2. Promote vegetable and production of Sies
3. Establish and maintain school gardens as ready food basket/source of vegetables in sustaining
feeding
2. Maintain smooth communication with the Division Education Program Supervisor-LRMDS and with
the Division Librarian II on the implementation of the school library policies, guidelines and standards
3. Attend, participate actively, and update his/her School Heads/OICs in all Division GPP meetings,
seminars, and other related activities
4. Lead in the establishment, improvements, and management of Gulayan sa Paaralan
5. Promote Gulayan sa Paaralan programs
6. Coordinate and collaborate with the school head, teachers, and other stakeholders regarding
gulayan sa paaralan activities, and programs; and
7. Perform Gulayan sa Paaralan-related tasks.
