Narrative Report
1st Homeroom PTA Meeting

In accordance with the provisions outlined in DepEd Order No. 54, issued in the year
2009, it is specified that the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), functioning within the
educational institution, is obliged to adhere to all extant policies and implementation
directives promulgated by the Department of Education, as well as those that may be
subsequently promulgated. The PTA is tasked with serving as both a support entity
and a significant collaborator of the educational institution. The nature of this
relationship is to be characterized by cooperative and open dialogue with stakeholders,
with the overarching aim of advancing the well-being of the students.

On the 19th of September, 2023, at 3:30 p.m., the homeroom Parent-Teacher Meeting
for Grade 4-Mabini was convened by the classroom adviser at Sumalo Integrated
School. The proceedings commenced with an invocation led by the teacher, followed
by the roll call and attendance taking, culminating in the commencement of the formal
meeting. The teacher exhibited commendable patience and clarity in elucidating the
particulars of the agenda. The parents and guardians in attendance displayed a keen
willingness to collaborate and extend their support.

Through this concerted effort, due recognition and appreciation were accorded to the
collaboration among the community, parents, teachers, and the school administration,
underscoring the commitment to ensure the provision of quality foundational
education for all the learners.
