In the reference 1st read above, Government have issued orders by
constituting new Rajamahendravaram Urban Development Authority (RUDA)
with the headquarters at Rajamahendravaram consisting of 207 Villages of 17
Mandals and 3 ULBs i.e., Rejarnahendravaram Municipal Corporation, Nidadavole
and Kovvur Municipalities with an extent i'f 1566.442 Sq.Kms by taking certain
areas of Godavari Urban Development uthority (GUDA), Kakinada & Eluru
Urban Development Authority (EUDA), Elu u for administrative convenience duly
¢. 1~~ renaming the residuary jurisdiction of Gddevari Urban Development Authority
'fVt£b~\ (GUDA) as Kakinada Urban Development Authority (KAUDA) with the
headquarter at Kakinada consisting of 172 Villages of 15 Mandals and 5 ULBs
with an extent of 1236.42 Sq.Kms.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, Government have included 102 villages in
6 Mandals of East Godavari and Eluru Districts with an area of 1148.69 Sq. Kms.
In Rajamahendravaram Urban Development Authority (RUDA) duly deleting 6
villages to an extent of 17 .09 Sq. Kms. of Dwaraka Tirumala Manda! of Eluru
District from Eluru Urban Development Au[hortty (ELUDA). Now, the total extent
of Rajahmahendravaram Urban Development Authority is 2715.132 Sq. Kms.

3. In the reference 4th read above, 7 villages of Pedapudi Mandal to an

extent of 61.25 Sq. Kms. were deleted from the jurisdiction of
Rajamahendravaram Urban Development Authority (RUDA) and included in the
jurisdiction of Kakinada Urban Development Authority (KAUDA), Ka_kinada.

4. In the reference 5th read above, 26 Villages in 2 Mandals namely

Ravulapa!em and Alamuru of Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District with an area
of 150.14 Sq. Kms. are included into the Jurisdiction of Rajamahendravaram
Urban Development Authority(RUDA), Rajar-,ahendravaram.

5. In the reference 6th read above, the Director of Town & Country Planning,
AP, Mangalagiri has submitted proposal for inclusion of 65 Villages in 4 Mandals
namely Ramachandrapuram Rural, K.Gangavaram, Rayavaram and
Kapileswarapuram of Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District with an area of 338
Sq. Kms. in Rajamahendravaram Urban Development Authority (RUDA).
6. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby inlcude 65
Villages in 4 Mandals namely Ramachandrapuram Rural, K.Gangavaram,
Rayavaram and Kapileswarapuram of Dr. B. R.Ambedkar Konaseema District with
an area of 338 Sq. Kms. in to the jurisdiction of Rajamahendravaram Urban
Development Authority (RUDA), Rajamahendravaram. Now, the total extent of
Rajahmahendravaram Urban Development Authority is 3142.022 Sq. Kms.
7. The Vice Chairperson, Rajahmahendravaram Urban Development
Authority (RUDA), Rajahmahendravaram shall take further necessary action,
accordingly.

8. The appended notification will be published in an Extra-ordinary issue of

the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated.28.03.2023.

9. The Commissioner of Printing, Stationery and Stores Purchase, Andhra

Pradesh, Vijayawada is requested to supply 100 copies of the Extra-ordinary
issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
