The following Notification shall be published in the Extra-Ordinary
issue of the Gazette of Telangana State: -
NOTIFICATION
The following Gazetted Officers of Telangana Panchayat Raj
Engineering Services shall retire from service on attaining the age of
superannuation on the dates mentioned against their names without
prejudice to the disciplinary cases pending, if any, against them and also
subject to the condition that disciplinary proceedings shall continue against
them under Article 351(A) of the Pension Code and Rule 9 (2)(a) of the
Telangana Revised Pension Rules, 1980 even after their retirement:
