NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE FEEDBACK OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

FROM OPENING THE MAMBOG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ANNEX
LOCATED AT JRC MANDAMA, HERMOSA, BATAAN

Mambog Elementary School Annex is located at Barangay JRC Mandama,

Hermosa, Bataan under the supervision of District Supervisor Sir Ronie S. Mendoza
with the leadership of Principal Liezette V. Tolentino and Teacher In Charge
Josephine S. Hunter. On October 16, 2020, four teachers were deployed to occupy
the four classrooms assigned for 1 Kinder class, 1 grade 1 class, 1 grade 2 class, and
1 grade 3 class. Those enrollees in Mambog ES and residents of JRC Mandama were
transferred to the newly operational Mambog ES Annex on October 16, 2020.

As of December 2020, the number of enrollees for each class are the
following:

The teachers took a survey on the feedback of the

parents/guardians/residents of Barangay Mandama with regards to the opening of
Mambog ES Annex. Positive response resulted in the questionnaires being
distributed. The recipients concluded that having a nearby elementary school in their
location is a big advantage on their side due to a walking distance school from their
area will help them to save time and money in reporting to school specially in the
midst of pandemic.
