Objective:
The primary objective of the meeting was to discuss and finalize the guidelines and
mechanics for the 2023 Division Search for the Best Enhanced Gulayan sa Paaralan
School Implementers. This competition aims to recognize schools within our division that
have shown exemplary implementation of the Gulayan sa Paaralan program.
Agenda:
Opening Remarks:
The meeting commenced with a warm welcome and opening remarks by Ms. Liezl G.
Conocido, former faculty president. She emphasized the importance of the Gulayan sa
Paaralan program in promoting food security, nutrition, and sustainability within the division.
pResource Allocation:
The meeting also addressed the allocation of resources, including budgetary
considerations, needed to carry out the competition effectively. It was agreed upon to seek
sponsorships from local businesses and organizations to support the event.
Conclusion:
The meeting successfully achieved its objective of discussing and finalizing the guidelines
and mechanics for the 2023 Division Search for Best Enhanced Gulayan sa Paaralan
School Implementers. With the collective effort of the committee members and faculty we
are confident that this year's competition will showcase outstanding initiatives in
implementing the Gulayan sa Paaralan program.

The meeting began with a comprehensive review of the guidelines used in previous
years' competitions. This served as a foundation for discussion and provided insights into
what had worked effectively and areas requiring improvement.
The coordinator discussed the refined guidelines and mechanics for the upcoming
2023 Division Search for Best Enhanced Gulayan sa Paaralan School Implementers. This
meeting aimed to ensure a clear and well-structured framework for the competition, which
celebrates schools within our division that have excelled in implementing the Gulayan sa
Paaralan program. The meeting was successfully done, and it ended at exactly 4:30 pm.
