1. Election of New Homeroom PTA Officers for S.Y. 2023-2024

 The class adviser precided the election of new sets of officers for the S.Y.2023-
2024. The elected officers are:

President : Jocelyn V. Bulatao

V. President : Judith N. Tejada
Secretary: Shiella D. Manuel
Treasurer : Nida M. Mina
Auditor: Ronald Salvador
Sgt. At Arms : Genelyn Sumaoang
Business Mngr.: Marivic Grande

2. Science Fair 2023 Celebration

 The class adviser informed the parents about the upcoming Science Fair
Celebration to be held on Sept. 29, 2023 wherein there should be one pair of
participant in every grade level who will represent in G. at Bb. Agham 2023.
There is also Classroom based activity for Slogan Making for Grade 3.
3. Intramurals 2023
 The class adviser informed also the parents for the upcoming Intramurals to be
held on Oct. 2023. The said Event have varity of Activities. There is also
Family Day for Elementary Department.
4. Performance / Behavior of the Learners
 The class adviser informed the parents about the behavior and class standing of
their son/daughter inside the classroom. The adviser also seek help to the
parents of those who are in need of follow ups regarding their lessons as well as
the remedial learners.

5. School Based Contest ( Gulayan sa Paaralan , Best Garden , Best Instructional

Classroom)
 The class adviser informed the parents regarding the Gulayan, the parents are
willing to give soil, seeds and sacks needed for planting. They are also willing

1. Classroom Project
 The PTA officers informs the other parents about the classroom project. They
proposed to have Printer inside the classroom for the Printed Activities of their
children and others.

2. School Based Contest ( Gulayan sa Paaralan , Best Garden , Best Instructional

Classroom)

 The class adviser informed the parents regarding the Gulayan sa Paaralan
District Contest that will be held on October 19,2022.
 The parents are willing to give some time for the improvement and the
Construction of Gulayan Areas.
