BRIGADA ESKWELA ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

SCHOOL YEAR 2022-2023
Brigada Eskwela is an annual event that brings together parents, teachers, and community
members to prepare schools for the upcoming academic year. It aims to create a conducive
learning environment by cleaning classrooms, repairing facilities, and beautifying school grounds.
This year's Brigada Eskwela was a resounding success.
This event not only improved the physical conditions of the school but also fostered a
sense of community among parents, teachers, students, and local residents.
These are the activities during Brigada Week:
 Day 1: August 14, 2023, Monday. Assisting stakeholders in cleaning school premises and
resetting classroom arrangement.
 Day 2: August 15, 2023, Tuesday. Removing Classroom decorations and other materials;
Classroom Repainting
 Day 3: August 16, 2023, Wednesday. Watering the plants and cleaning the classroom
 Day 4: August 17, 2023, Thursday. Supervising the parents in removing grasses
 Day 5: August 18, 2023, Friday: Receiving Donations from stakeholders; Supervising the
parents in cleaning the windows and electric fans.
 Day 6: August 19, 2023, Saturday. Assisting parent in repairing the electrical installation of the
classroom.

OPLAN BALIK ESKWELA NARRATIVE REPORT

S. Y 2023-2024
Oplan Balik Eskwela is an annual initiative undertaken by the Department of Education in the
Philippines to ensure a smooth and successful start of the school year. This program aims to
address various concerns such as classroom readiness, enrollment, and safety measures. As part of
my role in this endeavor, I am pleased to present an accomplishment report highlighting our
achievements.
Firstly, We focused on ensuring that my classrooms was prepared for the arrival of students. We
conducted thorough inspections to identify any repairs or maintenance needed. Together with
supportive stakeholders we worked diligently to fix broken furniture, repair damaged walls, and
ensure that all electrical and plumbing systems were in proper working condition.
Secondly, we implemented strategies to encourage parents and guardians to enroll their children
early. We organized information campaigns through community meetings, social media flatforms
and distributed flyers in strategic locations.
Lastly, we established partnerships with local businesses and organizations who generously
donated school supplies for underprivileged students. This enabled us to distribute backpacks,
notebooks, pens, and other essentials to those who needed them most.
In conclusion, our efforts during Oplan Balik Eskwela have yielded significant accomplishments
towards ensuring a successful start of the school year. By focusing on classroom readiness,
enrollment campaigns, safety measures implementation, and providing support for
underprivileged students; we have contributed towards creating an environment conducive for
learning. Moving forward, it is essential that these initiatives continue so that every child can have
equal access to quality education in our society.
