Sir;
Greetings in the name of the Lord!
The Talugtug West Central , SDO Talugtug Annex through the Office Memorandum OM-OSEC-2020-002,
issued its guidance to Regional Directors for action and on Request by Local Government Units (LGU) to use our
school as Quarantine or Isolation Areas for COVID 19 effective September,2021 to November,2021 and hoping no
more positive cases will be isolated in the future but as of now, there are no cases yet , we are requesting your good
office to help the school to be restored to original or better state, compared to the condition upon commencement of
the use as quarantine or isolation facility of the LGU. Since all Bulletin Boards, sinages and Instructional material
were all detached in the classrooms and we all know that most of the expenses were from the pocket of the teachers
and before installing again we need to repaint the walls , repaint the desk and tables that faded stock outside the
classrooms caused by heavy rains.
We would like also to request fund for the installation of our electric water system to upgrade water supply in all
classrooms.
We are hoping that our request will be favorably granted.
Thank very much and more power !
Very truly yours,
MYRNA A. BAUTISTA,EdD.

Sir;
Greetings in the name of the Lord!
This Letter is written in response to the explanation for the GText about collecting contribution to
Kinder Pupils of Talugtug West Central School. As a new Principal of Talugtug West Central School , I
am fully aware of the “NO Collection Policy” of the Department of Education and a reminder in public
schools.
The school called a face to face meeting last June 28,2022 at Talugtug Gymnasium following the
health protocols implemented by the IATF because virtual meeting was not possible for internet
connectivity in our area is very poor. During the meeting, one of the main agenda was the virtual moving -
up for kinder learners how it will be done and how it will happen. As the principal I explained to them that
the school is strictly implementing “No Collection Policy” all expenses will be charged to MOOE. At the
midst of the meeting I reported to the parents that LGU donated 50 bags of cement and 5 loads of gravel
and sand and hollow blocks for the construction of the perimeter fence so astray animals cannot enter and
destroy our plants. I informed to them that we are lucky for at last dreams will happen. I also informed
them that other expenses will be charge to MOOE and maybe we will look for benefactor to help us. One of
the parent raised her hand that they will extend their help for the said project and seconded by all parents. I
explained to them that we are implementing “No Collection Policy” but they insisted to help. I told them if
you want to help it’s up to you maybe during the construction send your husband to help us and I ended
the meeting reiterating the Implementation of No Collection Policy and instructed the teacher not to collect
or accept any amount .
I want to inform your office sir that we are not collecting 200.00 for Moving –Up fee or any fee
from our learners .We are willing for an investigation if it is needed.
Respectfully Yours,
MYRNA A. BAUTISTA,EdD.
