Description
Objectives - To orient the parents on New Normal Face to face learning
modality and the following topics for the current SY 2022-2023.

 Rules and regulations of the school and classroom policies.

 School Health and Safety Protocols
 Presentation of Learning Competencies of 8 Learning Areas
and the teacher in charged
 HPTA Election
 Roles and Responsibilities of Parents in the New Normal.
Highlights - Getting to know each other with the parents and adviser
- Orientation
- Election of HPTA officers
- other matters
RESULT/OUTPUT:
 There were 28 parents who attended the Meeting assisted by their children.
 Parents were well oriented regarding the New Normal Face to face Learning modality and
the process of grading system .
 School policies, regulations, and health protocols was discussed as well as the
Performance of the students in different learning areas.
 The teacher gave appreciation for the 2 donated ceiling fans.
 Adviser gave feedback on the student’s performance and behavior in school
Both parties agreed to always check or monitor the activities given.

 Gr.10- LAUAN new sets of HPTA Officers for SY 2022-2023 were settled.
