Narrative:

Mulawin National High School conducted its first HPTA meeting for the first quarter that
follows the agenda written above.
Constant open communication is highly crucial in this time of pandemic especially in distance
learning, we ensure that we give quality education to our dear students and the parents are part of it.
After those years of distance learning, finally, the Department of Education implemented the In-
Person Classes this SY. 2022-2023. Thereafter, the teachers had the chance to let the parents
personally hear the agenda of the meeting.
The first agenda that we talked about is the school uniforms, some of the parents gave down
payments for the uniform and asked regarding on the amount of extra blouse and extra polo.
Moreover, we discussed the GPTA contribution of the parents amounting to P100.00 and with
that out of 58 students 10 got paid. As a final point, we discussed the output and performance of the
students together with their grades and report cards. Some of them received low grades and
experienced difficulty in adjusting to the lessons and new learning environment, and we also
encourage the parents to monitor their improvements and performance in the academics.
As a grade 8 adviser, it is salient to follow up the requirements such as Birth certificate, SF-
10, and the SF-9 (for transferee students). The lacking requirements must be submitted as soon as
possible because it can affect the enrolment of the student in the Learners Information System (LIS).
Other important matters discussed one by one thru the parents after they received the report
card of their child.
