Introduction: San Jose del Monte Heights High School SSG and San Jose del Monte Science High
School conducted a webinar that aimed to guide present leaders and aspiring leaders to learn the
basic principles of leadership.

Good Practices in the Implementation:  The two SSGs agreed to launch the project and lay out
the methods to carry out the leadership program by focusing on various tasks. The two groups
exchanged ideas and agreed to carry out the work assigned.
It was also agreed that there would be live viewing on each school page with the help of
the virtual team of each group for students who cannot enter the google meet.

Challenges Encountered: It was difficult to create a link for pre-evaluation, making a certificate
was challenging too, and the biggest problem was the poor internet connection.

Plan for Follow-Up: SSGs from the two schools plan to launch an enhanced leadership program
with the help of professionals who will further provide comprehensive leadership seminars and
interactive activities.
