TITLE OF ACTIVITY: Athletic Meet 2023

OBJECTIVES:
 to prepare students/players to a highest possible performance in a main competition in a
particular sport / event.
 develop traits such as character, discipline, and persistence that will benefit him later in
life.
VENUE: People’s park, Sapang Palay National High High School
TARGET PARTICIPANTS: Students/Players
EXPECTED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 84 Students/Players
ACTUAL NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 84 Students/Players
FACILITATOR: Sports Coordinator and Tournament Managers

NARRATIVE:
The program has a parade of the players and coaches from different schools. Everyone is so
much excited to show their talents in playing their sports like volleyball, basketball, badminton,
table tennis athletics and more. Teachers were assigned at different schools to monitor the games
and the winners. Players were oriented with the rules and regulations of the game. There is also a
list of line ups followed. All the games went well and fair. The winners received certificates and
medals for the efforts they have shown. Their coaches had received the same as well. The only
way to prove that you’re a good sport is you accept the result whole heartedly. Not everyone got
medals and certificates but at the end of the day, they have realized what important is they
played, they had fun and they enjoyed the games.
