We the SPTA (Students Parents and Teachers Association) Officers are writing
this letter in hopes that you’ll extend your generosity to our Association’s Project for
WATER TANK MATERIALS AND LABORS that will be used in school for our water
consumptions since we are suffering water shortage for the past years till now.
We attached here a copy of estimated costs, pictures and proposals for our
project.
We are hoping that our requests will be granted and hoping for your support. I
can say that meeting the needs in this project requires hard work and funding with it is
