A NARRATIVE REPORT ON 1st HOME ROOM PTA ORIENTATION

MEETING
Date: September 22, 2022
Time: 2:30 P.M to 3:30 P.M
TLE BLDG 4TH FLOOR ROOM NO.10

Introduction
In this event it is the teachers, and the parents were sat together to provide knowledge to
confer roles, principles, various issues and to provide a good quality education to every student
regarding school matters despite of the pandemic we experience. The overall aim of the PTA
meeting is to ensure the school offers the best learning experience for the students keeping in
mind their needs.

Participants
21 out of 39 students attended in the 1ST HPTA Meeting. Other parents were not able to attend
because of busy schedule and other matters.

PTA Meeting Observation

The meeting began at exactly 2:30 p.m. with an opening prayer. Then I congratulated the
parents who attended the meeting despite their busy schedule and still being able to attend the
meeting. Parents participated actively in the school meeting. Parents nominated and elected the
New HPTA Officers for the school year 2022-2023. The agreed PTA projects are 2 additional
wall fans, 1 gallon of alcohol and 1 box of facemask.
