1. Meeting called to order at 9:00 am in the morning by Mam Lorna P. Legaspi Master Teacher II.

3. The body agreed for the new set of GPTA Officers for School Year 2019-2020: (see attachment)
4. Mrs. Lenie L. Mojica presided the planning of programs and projects of GPTA .
5. The body suggested to continue the renovation of the school stage. The proposed project was
agreed by the body.
6. Mam Rosario R. Dela Cruz discussed the other matters.
7. At exact 11:35am the meeting was adjourned.

Activity Completion Report

I. Project /Program Title: GPTA ELECTION of OfFICERS
II. Objective/s:
 To train teachers in basic psychosocial first aid.
 To understand the ways in which teachers, through their daily
interaction and activities in the classroom, can promote student’s
psychosocial well-being.

III. Date: June 21, 2019

IV. Venue: Palayan City District Hall, Palayan City Central School
V. Target Participants: HPTA President
VI. Activity Facilitator: PCCS Teachers
VII. Narrative Report:
PTA meeting is just one of the various activities conducted by the Parent-
Teacher Association of schools. The main role of Psrent-Teacher Associations is
to build strong relationships between parents, teachers, and the whole school
community.

Mrs. Lenie L. Mojica elected as GPTA president for the school year 2019-
2020. The body was approved the proposed project of continuation of renovation
of the school stage. Mam Rosario Dela Crus SP III discussed the other matters.
