ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

Title of Activity: Students Enrollment and Institutionalized Program for Inclusive Education Meeting

Objectives: To plan the distribution of students for each section and the designation of advisers and
teachers for every grade level and to discuss the need for institutionalized program for inclusive education

Activity Design:
 Discussion of the distribution of students and designation of teachers.
 Discussion of the programs to be utilized.

Date: September 28, 2020 – 1:00 PM

Venue: Google Meet

Target Participants: Teaching Faculty Members

Narrative Report:
The meeting is started with an opening prayer lead by Mrs. Jocelyn R. Carpio. Afterwards, Mrs. Armida SJ.

Santos discusses the matter regarding the distribution of classes and subjects to the teaching personnel of Taliptip

Elementary School. As of the current date, there are a total of 213 male and 189 female students that enrolled

electronically and thru written form. None of the enrolled students require special attention therefore the school did

not apply a specialized program. It is agreed that the students enrolled at the previous school year will remain on the

same class as they get promoted to their enrolled grade level. Previous advisers would handover their previous class

section to the new ones. It is also agreed that the primary level will apply straight-teaching whilst the intermediate

level is departmentalized. The meeting ended at four in the afternoon.
