 The meeting called to order at 9:00 a.m. by our school head, Mrs. Marli H. Cruz.

 The meeting started with a prayer headed by Mrs. Bernadette Lou S. Herrera, our
kindergarten teacher.

 The meeting started with the results of response of the parents regarding face-to-face
classes.

 Our school head, Mrs. Marli H. Cruz talked about the preparations and the things that
are needed fot the face-to-face classes.

 Afterwards, Mrs. Marli H. Cruz divided the groups or committee with their responsibilities
on the preparation of face-to-face classes.

 The body agreed with all their responsibilities for the preparation and compliance for the
requirements for the upcoming face-to-face classes.

 The meeting was adjourned at 11:30 am

FACULTY MEETING REGARDING

IMPLEMENTATION AND PREPARATION FOR FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES

The Department of Education (DepEd) is bracing for an “extraordinarily challenging school

year” due to the outbreak of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. As we face
unprecedented time, DepEd still firmed that education must continue. In this connection, and due
to the prevailing pandemic situation, the San Roque Arbol Elementary School with its Faculty and
Staff spearheaded by its School Head, Mrs. Marli H, Cruz work collaboratively through face-to-
face orientation following the IATF safety protocols to raise awareness among its learners and
their families for the preparedness of this school year. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this school
year 2021-2022 will use a combination of methods, from online classes and printed learning
modules to use of TV and radio. Teachers were already prepared for the opening of the school
year 2021 to 2022 under the "new normal “setup as they were trained to handle different
modalities.
But this upcoming March 2022, the implementation of face-to-face classes will start. In lined
with this, Mrs. Marli H. Cruz, our school head conducted a meeting last February 21,2022 at
exactly 9:00 in the morning. She talked about the guidelines that the school and teachers will
prepare. Aside from that, she designates each member with their responsibilities and tasks in
compliance with the requirements needed for face-to-face classes.
The meeting ended with an agreement that the body will do their task and responsibilities to
prepare the school for face-to-face classes that will start this March 2022.
