V. Brief Descriptions / Objectives

This meeting was intended to:

1. To assign the teachers for the documentation and any other tasks during the
Brigada Eskwela

2. To remind the teachers to submit/accomplish their RPMS.

VI. Highlights of the activity

The meeting started at 1 o’clock in the afternoon headed by Sir Emiliano

Floresca Jr.

In this meeting, Sir Emil began the talk by announcing the dates of the
Brigada Eskwela. He distributed the tasks for each teacher to document the
activities that will happen during the event. He also ask the help of Sir Manuel Suario

to design the stage on August 19, 2022- the last day of the Brigada Eskwela and all
Mapeh and Filipino teachers as a Physical arrangement committee.

The following are the dates and the teachers assigned to document the
school activities:

August 1-5- Sir Darnnel and Ma’am Sandy

August 8-12- Ma’am Catherine and Ma’am Roxanne
August 15-19-Ma’am Sheena and Ma’am Anna Clarisse (@PINHS)
Sir Leomar and Ma’am Edma Rose (@Areza)
August 22-26- Sir Michel and Sir Leo Zandrew
August 29-31 Ma’am Michelle and Ma’am Lyka

At the end of the meeting, Sir Emil reminded us to submit the RPMS portfolio
(This is only for those who have not yet submitted their portfolio).

VII. Plans and Recommendations

As a clarification, the documentation committee that was assigned by Sir

Emil in Filipino and Mapeh Teachers is different to the assigned
Narrative/Documentation committee given by Ma’am Irish Cajucom (Brigada
Eskwela Coordinator). But Sir Emil suggested that we can coordinate to them so that
we can easily accomplish the task.
