TRAINING PROPOSAL
TITLE
School-Based Orientation on RPMS-PPST (Results-Based Performance Management System-
Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers) for SY 2021-2022
RATIONALE
The awareness of reforms and goals initiated by the agency (DepEd) can be achieved through
continuous improvement. The re-orientation of RPMS-PPST is very timely since it will
enhance/strengthen the work culture performance and accountability of teachers. This will ensure
that teachers will give more focus on what they are doing in a positive way. As they go along with the
re-orientation, they will find appreciation to the substantiality and significance of RPMS-PPST in their
teaching performances.
OBJECTIVES
The training aims to:
a. reorients the teachers on the Results-Based Performance Management System-Philippine
Professional Standards for Teachers (RPMS-PPST) for S.Y. 2021-2022
b. revisit the alignment of individual roles and targets of the Teachers and School Heads with
DepEd’s direction guided by the RPMS-PPST
c. determines and adapt objectives and goals provided by the RPMS Manual and PPST to be
incorporated in the IPCRF and OPCRF of Teachers and School Head; and
