D. PROCEEDINGS
 The meeting called to order at 1:00 p.m. by our school head, Mrs. Marli H. Cruz.
 The meeting was headed by Mrs. Encar L. Jimenez our DRRM school coordinator.
 The meeting started with what is the purpose of CCAM and elaborate it more through
brainstorming regarding the problems that the school may encounter during a calamity.
 Our school head, Mrs. Marli H. Cruz divided the teachers by committee with their
respective responsibilities.
 After the discussion regarding CCAM, our faculty President, Mrs. Myra M. Paule showed
the proceedings of the donation money in our school ground’s beautification.
 The body agreed to update the developmental plan of the school as well as the
emergency hotlines that will be posted in every classroom.
 The meeting was adjourned at 3:00 pm

NARRATIVE REPORT
FACULTY MEETING REGARDING

A safe, healthy, and conducive to learning school is one of the objectives of our school. In lined with
this, our school head – Mrs. Marli H. Cruz requested a meeting on February 4,2022 regarding the CCAM or
commonly known as DRRM-CLIMATE CHANGE ADOPTATION & MANAGEMENT PLAN. The meeting
took place in the kindergarten classroom following of course the IATF SAFETY PROTOCOLS. It started at
exactly 1:00 pm and ended around 3:00 in the afternoon.
The meeting proper was conducted by our School DRRM coordinator – Mrs.Encar L. Jimenez. She
elaborated the purpose and parts of the contingency plan other than that she also gave the DRRM
organogram. In here the faculty were divided into four groups with indicated responsibilities. The main
objective of the meeting is maintaining the safeness of the school and keeping it as learner friendly as
possible amidst the pandemic.
The second part of the meeting was conducted by our Faculty President – Mrs. Myra M. Paule. She
showed us the proceedings of the donation money regarding the beautification of our school.
The meeting ended with an agreement that each chairperson in each DRRM committee will
continue doing their roles and responsibilities to maintain the safeness of the school. Other than that, the
group also made plans in updating the school’s developmental plan as well as the emergency hotlines.
