1. Pursuant to Division Memo No. 171, s.2021 this school adopts the policy guidelines
on Programs on Awards and Incentives for Excellence (PRAISE)

2. In alignment with Division Memorandum on Awards and Recognition and for the
implementation of CSC PRAISE, this school shall adopt a Program “SULONG-Azarcon”

3. “SULONG-Azarcon” is an annual awarding ceremony conducted by this School to recognize

and honor outstanding accomplishments and innovative ideas of deserving teachers. It is
also a venue to value and recognize the support, contributions and efforts of exemplary
stakeholders.

4. The 2021 SULONG-San Emiliano will be held on December 21, 2022-Wednesday. Cited
