Professional Development LAC Minutes of Meeting

Attendees: All Present
PROCEEDINGS:
I. The virtual LAC meeting was officially started at 9:40 am and it was facilitated
by Mrs. Jorgette Lampuyas as the representative of Mrs. Jessica Ruiz due to
emergency.
II. Mrs. Maria Catherine Bullanday led the prayer and Mrs. Lucia Banheh did the
roll call.
III. After the preliminaries, it was followed by the presentation of the pointers for
discussion as stated below.
A. Prompt to the teachers as the first week of classes in the school year 2021-
2022 has officially started.
 Ma’am Lucia Casim, the school head had reminded everyone on the proper use
of online application platforms or etiquettes during the conduct of virtual classes
or meetings.
 Enrollment list including the consolidated result of the Modified Learner

Enrollment Survey Form. Advisers need to submit Class Masterlist to the office.
B. Evaluation on the first distribution of SLMs held on September 14, 2021.
 Through the DRRM focal person, Mrs. Florencia Nefalar and some of the
teacher-in-charges were asked to enumerate the Health Protocols Observation
during the one-day schedule of SLMs distribution. The following were the noted
observations:
1. Lack of signages
Remarks: Provide more signages that will guide parents to follow the
assigned route from the entrance, triage, distribution of SLMs area,
and the exit.
2. Lack of Manpower
Remarks: Teachers are reminded by the school head that
everybody is a member of the DRRM team. Manpower should not a
problem during distribution of SLMs because duties are not based on

Work-From-Home. Teachers who are scheduled Work-From-Home

can still render service during the distribution of SLMs.
3. Dress Code
Remarks: Reiterate nicely to the parents/guardian on the prescribed
dress code when coming to school.
4. Parents were not able to come on their schedule to due conflict of

work schedule.
Remarks: Parents may come early starting at 7:00 am or until 5:30 pm
as long as they inform the advisers of their children. They may also
send a representative on their behalf or they may have internal
arrangements to the advisers to facilitate this issue. However, strict
implementation of the first letter of the learner’s family schedule during
distribution and retrieval of outputs still in effect.
5. Crowding of Teachers in the Distribution Hall

6. Use face mask and face shield.
7. Some teachers were not wearing their uniforms.
Remarks: Wear uniforms either old or new.
IV. Other Concerns
 Teachers must account properly the documents being submitted to Miss Elena
Challoy. Always provide transmittal to avoid giving of irrelevant remarks.
 Virtual Class should be within the distance learning schedule prepared by Mrs.
Jorgette Lampuyas. The duration of the virtual class should be at least 40
minutes.
 Submission of PFA module 1 should be on September 24, 2021.
 Brigada sa Pagbasa under the care of Mrs. Elvira Bandong and Mrs. Valentia
Castro are still planning the said program.
 Committees during the Magsaysay National High School Celebration of Eternal

Life on September 22, 2021.
