NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE RESULT OF THE PARENTAL

CONSENT/SURVEY FOR GRADE-9 LEVEL ENRICHMENT CLASS

The Grade-9 Level Advisers surveyed parents to consent or dissent their

children with a 75-79 Final Rating in every subject to attend the three-week
enrichment class from July 4 to August 12, 2022.
It was further explained that the enrichment class aims to fill the
learning competencies gap but will not affect the students’ grades. In addition,
parents who signed up their children to have the enrichment class were
reminded to keep in contact with the subject teachers who are giving the
enrichment lessons. However, parents who dissented gave their reasons for the
matter.
The table below summarizes the result of the parental consent for the
enrichment class.
