A. Call to Order

At the SBM Room, the principal, Mr. Ronaldo M. Canta, instructed Mr. Rlou Garcia as hostto start the meeting

The SIP committee and stakeholders were there to witness the presentation and proposals of the Project Plans for the
school year, analyze the proposed changes include community feedback and publicly discuss the pros and cons of each
plan. The purpose is to be able to help the committee and community familiarized with all the changes and features, share
comments and concerns, and in turn help the team to integrate feedback for the proposed plans. Below are the lists of
project plans. The presenters were given at least 10 minutes to present their project plan and budget Matrix where they
were able to discuss the objectives and proposed activity of the project. (See attached Project Plan and Budget
Matrix; School Improvement Plan Chapter 3.

Dr. Teodora M. Capulong mentioned that those projects will be also part of the school LRCP the Maria’s Dream.

Mr R-lou Garcia propose that since there are lots of projects for numeracy literacy as well as projects for school level Performance
it was then turned into Project Pandayan and Accelered with it umbrella of the different projects programs and activities.

Adjustments and revisions on the other projects were noted by the proponents.
