The School Foundation Day celebration is an opportunity to strengthen relationships
among stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, alumni, and the community. The

relationships within and outside the school. It is an excellent opportunity to recognize and reward
students and teachers' contributions, which can boost their morale and increase their motivation
to excel academically and professionally.

from the community. Celebrating the school's achievements and values can showcase its

Finally, the School Foundation Day celebration can also provide a platform for
community outreach and social responsibility. The celebration can include community service
projects or charitable activities that can benefit the community and promote the school's civic
engagement.
In conclusion, the School Foundation Day celebration is a vital event that provides an
opportunity to celebrate the school's history, culture, values, and achievements, and strengthen

By the end of the seminar, the students will be encouraged to value their personal
well-being by avoiding illegal drugs and abusing substances which can ultimately harm them and
their loved ones, and to promote fairness and peace in school.

1. Practice the true caring for others.
2. Elevate the goodness of every person as exercise of one’s faith.
3. Educate the participants on the dangers of substance use, even isolated incidents.
4. Equip the participants with effective refusal skills to implement when confronted with
negative peer pressures associated with illicit drug use.
5. Address possible lawsuit associated with substance addiction.

XI. MONITORING AND EVALUATION

The Guidance Teacher designate and Barkada Kontra sa Droga Adviser together with the
technical assistance of the School Head and support of the class advisers will facilitate the
seminar. The participants will be reminded to follow the health protocols to avoid covid-19.
After the seminar, participants will be given a link for the evaluation of the said seminar.

XII. EXPECTED OUTPUT

The participants are expected to identify the value of their personal well-being by
avoiding illegal drugs and substance abuse which will lead to lifelong healthy physical and
mental state. Participants and the school head will be able to create a plan to address the needs in
disseminating and expanding drug education prof=gram that will be beneficial for the
community.
