I. RATIONALE:

NSTP Trainees have a great deal of responsibility on their shoulders. Their actions and decisions will have an
immediate impact on their society.
The organization may be able to cultivate the mindsets, habits, and skills necessary to drive a transformation and
realize each person's potential through capability-building initiatives. It changes how people survive, learn and valuing
their community. It involves radically changing the way how to live and survive. Through this capability initiative, the
communities could learn new ways of thinking and could demonstrate methods and approaches for improving their
performance.
Cognizant to this, The NSTP Program will plan and organize to conduct of community immersion at Brgy. 9
Payompon So. Maasim, Municipality of Mamburao that would enable to inspire and motivate the community and achieve
their goals.

II. OBJECTIVES:

General Objectives
To facilitate and educate the people of brgy. 9 payompon So. Maasim Mamburao that would re-calibrate or
cultivate their mindsets, habits, and skills, as well as realize their potential to help their community to save mother earth.
Specific Objectives:
1. To educate the indigenous people about basic learning concepts;
2. To develop the mindsets and behaviors of the indigenous people in order to embed new habits;
3. To acquire the knowledge and skills necessary in today's life and;
4. To gain experiences on how to manage community works successfully.

III. METHODOLOGY
1) Arrange a meeting with the Barangay Captain for permission in conducting a community immersion
2) Planning of the community activities to be conducted;
3) Determination of the schedule of the community immersion;
4) Preparation of Program
