1. As announced by the Department of Education the conduct of DepEd

Teaches and other activities from December 14-19, 2020, via TV and online
platforms. These activities are available for all DepEd personnel during In-
service Training (INSET) Week.

2. To acknowledge the invaluable efforts and exemplary performance of

teachers, the Awarding and Recognition of Certificates will be on the last day
of the training, December 19, 2020.

3. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this order is directed.

ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

I. Project/Program Title: Awarding And Recognition For Teachers On Their In-

Service Training
II. Objective/s: To recognize the invaluable efforts of teachers by conducting
Awards and Recognition Ceremony.
III. Date: December 19, 2020
IV. Venue: Bagong Barrio Elementary School, Bagong Barrio, Guimba, Nueva Ecija
V. Target Participates: BBES Faculty and Staff
VI. Summary:

Last January 8, 2021, the Awarding and Recognition Ceremony was celebrated at
Bagong Barrio Elementary School. The Awarding and Recognition Ceremony was headed by
Sir Jerry O. Agustin (School Head/Chairman), together with his other members, Josephine
M. Metran (Co-chairman/MT-I), Jinky V. Manuel T-III, Valerie Love A. Santiago T-III and Lolita
D. Villarama T-III. This was held on the school’s gymnasium and was attended by teachers,
parents and stakeholders. This program was a success and adjourned at 11:30 in the
morning.

Teachers who feel good about their abilities and contributions to the school and
society are more likely to be happy, contents and motivated. When these teachers are
recognized for their efforts, they will also persist in their desire to excel.
