NARRATIVE IN PARENTS’ ORIENTATION

There’s a fixed triangle for continuing the academic progress in the school through the coordination
of teachers/principal, parents and learners the academic progress is sustain. The parents’ orientation held
at Jaime L. Gamilla Elementary School last September 10, 2021 (Friday), 9 o’clock in the morning.
During the orientation the principal and teachers discussed the “Modular Distance Learning”. The
distribution and retrieval of modules was planned and ensure that the health protocols amidst this
pandemic was observed.

The Schools Division of Nueva Ecija provide 30 units of Transistor Radio for Grade 2 students
which they can use to cope up with the blended learning system. They also discussed about Early Grade
Reading Assessment for Grade 1 up to Grade 3 Pupils, to assess the reading capability of each pupil and
provide appropriate materials for their level of reading.

The Grade 6 Adviser will use Blended Leaning for this school year by using Modular and Online
(Googlemeet) Learning. The Learners will able to learn academic using cellphone or laptops as stepping
stone to use technology as learning.

LIS coordinator discuss about LRN, number of enrollees for the parents to be aware on the process
LIS in each pupil. And, encourage all the parents to enroll their son/daughter for this school year. It is
burden to the teachers also in ICT Coordinator to finalize the pupils will transfer in and transfer out
during this school year.

The DRRM coordinator always remind the parents to strictly follow health protocols in this time of
pandemic in order to follow government also for their own safety and family. Psychological F
Assessment is used to know the metal health of each leaners during pandemic using comics and activities.
