Title: PARENTS’ ORIENTATION CUM LIMITED FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES

1. Guidelines for entering the school premises


- Student’s Drop-Off

- Process in entering the classroom

- Student’s Pick-Up

2. Limited face-to-face advantages and disadvantages

- Teachers informed the parents that the school is not liable for whatever incident
(concerning covid-19) that will happen to their children, but rest assured that the
school will do its best to follow necessary protocols as it assures the parents and
students that the Teachers are fully-vaccinated and the school is well-prepared as it
also passed the Validation from the District Composite Team.

3. Attendance
- Some of the parents were asking what will be the status of their children’s
attendance especially if they are sick and tend to skip classes for quarantine
purposes. Teachers were responsive and comprehensive as they told them not to
worry about it since it is not the focus of the limited face-to-face, as it prioritizes
the safety of all students.

OTHERS/AGREEMENTS

1. The orientation with parents was conducted face to face, but only a limited number of
parents were able to join.
2. Teachers enumerated and explained the details of the guidelines in limited face-to-
face.
3. Policies, rules, and regulations to follow are presented and parents/guardians agreed to
comply, including their active participation in packing food, and personal hygiene kits
for their children.
4. Teachers informed the parents about the possible schedule of limited face-to-face.
5. Teachers discussed that the student's welfare is one of the priorities of the school.
6. All queries were answered by the teachers
