ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

REPAIR AND INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICAL OUTLET IN GRADE 9 BUILDING

SUMMARY
The objectives were as follows:
 To help students for proper study.
 To help teachers to use their gadgets like laptops, projectors and alike for teaching
instructions.

Our school is one of the recognized schools in providing quality education in our town.
That's why our Principal IV - Mrs. Marissa O. Ramos with the help of teaching and non-teaching
personnel assured to provide a quality education to each student in all aspects.

Pulong Buhangin National High School is not only known for having excellent and high-
caliber teachers in various departments, but is recognized for ensuring that each of its classrooms
contributes to the proper learning of students. To further ensure that each of its classrooms is
properly conducive to student learning, SDRRMC has repaired its classrooms with no running
electricity and broken electrical outlets in the grade 9 building last September 21, 2022. Currently,
the classrooms in the said building are properly equipped with electrical outlets.

WHAT WENT WRONG

 Some of the classrooms have broken electrical outlet so they cannot be used.
 Classrooms without electricity.

WHAT WENT WELL

 Advisers in the said classrooms report the problem with electrical outlet and supply in their
classrooms.
 SDRRMC immediately fixed the problems with the electrical outlet of the said classrooms to
be used for students’ learning and teachers’ teaching.

OTHER INSIGHTS/RECOMMENDATIONS
 It is suggested if it is possible to install more electrical outlets be added inside the classroom
to be used by the teacher for teaching.
