SHORT ANNOTATIONS
The LDM Portfolio is a tool for tracking and reflecting on one's learning
development. This allows both the teacher and the students to establish connections between
the module-based learning experiences and how they are applied to the task at hand.
The Learning Delivery Modalities (LDM) Portfolio artifacts fall into two categories.
Required artifacts refers to the standard work that you do every day while self-selected artifacts
are those you might consider including in your portfolio to satisfy the criteria used in assessing
it.

Annotation: The Individual Learning Monitoring Plan for TLE (Cookery 9) showed
significant process. When the learner was provided with different study habits that he
can apply in answering the modules, he can already accomplish all the needed activities
and submit on the scheduled time.
Aside from the study habits given, constant communication to the student and parent
also served as an encouragement for him to do all the activities in the modules.
Annotation: Weekly Home Learning Plan is a tool that can be used both by the student,
parent/guardian, and teacher as a guide for their tasks. Learning Objectives were met as
per the results of the students' output. The Learning Competencies were aligned with
the MELCs, and the Learning Objectives were attainable and measurable within time
frame. The Learning Tasks were appropriate to the grade level and can be done easily
even distance learning modality because the directions were clear and precise as a result
the learning outcomes aligned with learning competencies.
Annotation: The pictures above showed screenshots of online instructions, online lessons for
some volunteer students who has a strong internet connection at home and can attend online
synchronous classes and it was recorded for the benefit of other students watching at their own
pace. Summative Tests were also given via Google Forms for some students, they also have the
option to answer the test paper hard copy given by their advisers.
The ADMs in Illustration exploratory was evaluated, validated, and utilized division wide. The ADM
was appropriate to the learners’ age, needs and gender sensitive. It was also aligned with the
MELCs and the learning tasks presented were aligned with the learning competencies.

Annotation: The certificates were part of the teacher’s professional development goals
as reflected in the development plan. The topics that were discuss during the virtual
seminar were of great help in upgrading the teacher’s capabilities in teaching-learning
process. The webinar gave an insight on how to handle the situation in this New Normal
scheme of schooling.

It was made feasible to learn in a variety of ways. Everything is for the benefit of our
kids. All of these educational changes compel everyone to adjust to the new normal. Due to the
numerous safety protocols that everyone must adhere to, various alterations were
implemented.
Among my deepest realizations in the midst of all of this is that, as a teacher, I must be
adaptable to whatever situation I may find myself in. This new normal requires me to be
focused and goal-oriented in order to give good teachings and interactions among my students.
Annotation: MOVs on engaging learners for their progress and development were shown on
this page. Online Kumustahan was often done to monitor and guide the learners in doing their
assigned modules. Learners also pictures and videos as their performance tasks. Teacher used
the chat box, messenger to communicate easily with the learners.

Annotation: The photo documentations above showed online synchronous LAC sessions
and faculty meeting with the School Principal. Despite of the pandemic and face to face
meeting is not allowed, through the different platforms planning, meetings and
conferences will made possible.

Annotation: The New Normal create a big and significant role to parents/guardians in
continuing the education of every learner. The tasks shouldered by the parents/guardians
are immeasurable since they need to spend time and effort in getting and dropping off
modules every week. Also included the role of teacher they play at home. Even the
communication power of social media, txt messages, chats and even video calls are very
challenging to everyone. Salute to all parents/guardian who engaged as the key
stakeholders in the teaching learning process.
