ANNOTATION

Bulac National High School continues to provide quality and inclusive education to its learner amidst
pandemic. It adapted different learning modalities such as online and modular learning in order for the
teaching-learning process will not stop. Truly, it is very important for us teachers to provide different teaching
strategies and methodologies that will deal with the current situation to give the learnings that our students
deserve.

As one of the teachers of the said school, I have the responsibility to continuously serve all the aspects
of teaching-learning process. I made videos that my student can watch in order for them to get our lessons
despite of the difficulties we are experiencing due to the pandemic. Our School Head will be the one who will
grade our video lessons. Since, we don’t have yet conducted our post conference I asked my colleagues to
watch and assess my video lessons. They provided positive and negative comments about it and I am gladly
accepted all of them.

With that, I realized that in order for us to achieve our goals in terms of teaching-learning process we
have to accept all of the comments whether they are good or bad one. You can use them to prove that in
everything there is always a room for improvement. There is no such thing as perfect but you can actually do
things right by considering not just yourself but as well as the people around you.

By reflecting with this annotation, I can relate it to the Code of Ethics for Professional Teachers
because it touches Article IV (A TEACHER AND THE PROFESSION), Article VII (SCHOOL OFFICIALS
TEACHERS AND OTHER PERSONNEL), Article VIII (THE TEACHERS AND LEARNERS) and Article
IX (THE TEACHERS AND PARENTS).
