and the current situation. Gathering of reliable data, monitoring and evaluation were the tools
to harness the situation. Therefore, administrator informed us the role of academic ease this
time of new normal and some innovations/interventions may utilized by the teachers for the
sake of the learners education.

The new dynamics of distance learning has been suffering from parents, teachers,
schools and education systems, which, in general, were not prepared for such a rapid and
radical shift in traditional learning culture, which was mainly based on in-person teaching. In
the veins of this platform of teaching and learning, collaboration of the schools and
stakeholders should be perpetuate to provide harmonically the optimum education for
learners and whatever circumstances and changes happened that can probably affect
education, still learning institution can be stand strong and continuously provide learnings to
learners. One of the remedies nowadays is the need to incorporate technology into education
systems, closing gaps in access to connectivity and devices for students in more vulnerable
conditions, and empowering teachers to get the most out of ict tools.

To measure the outcome of new learning modalities, SWOT(Strength, Weaknesses,

Opportunities and Threats) Analysis was really much needed to incorporate for every
teachers to attain the DepEd vision, mission and core values statement simply because
strengths describe the positive experienced of both teachers and learners in the LDLDM that
suggest as best practices in the new normal of teaching approach, the weaknesses were the
encountered problems that may be the eye-opener of everyone to improve performances
professionally, the opportunities were serve as to unleash potentials of both teachers and
students and finally the threats, it serve as to think out of the box to maximize the skills of
teachers as fountain of knowledge and still provide education to learners even this precarious
time.
