ADOPT-A-SCHOOL PROGRAM REPORT

S.Y. 2022-2023
The old normal was now turned into new normal and that affects our education system. In times of Covid-
19 Pandemic, many alternative plan and action was taken to ensure that education will continue amidst of the
historical pandemic. There is a rise of different modes of learning like; modular distance learning, online learning,
radio-based instruction, and blended leaning. Because of that, parents, teaching and non-teaching personnel and
other stakeholders go hand in hand to achieve the common goal in education. And that is to deliver the instruction
and the lesson to the learners amidst of the pandemic.

After those years and experiences that marked our history, there was a sudden change on education. The
modes of learning for this school year, the first complete school year after the pandemic, was face to face
instruction. This means that the learners were at school for 8 hours with their teachers as facilitator of learning.
Thus, there was a need for the preparation of the learning environment for the learners including the facilities of
the school, the classrooms, and surroundings. Also, the instructional materials and learner’s materials. It also
opened the opportunity to conduct activities in the schools like PTA Induction, Closing Exercises and Moving-up
Ceremonies, Christmas Party and more.

Furthermore, one of the accomplished projects of the PTA is the ICT Classroom Repair and creation of
cabinets in the ICT Classroom. The parents were generously offered their fund to prepare the ICT Classroom in the
upcoming year and for the following years to come.

With all those activities happened for School Year 2022-2023, Cagraray Elementary School was blessed
and thankful to all parents/guardians, learners, teachers, and non-teaching personnel, Brgy. Officials, public
institutions and private companies or individuals and other stakeholders who continuously showed their support to
the school by sending donations in cash or any kind of contributions that could helped in improving the learning
environment of the learners.

As we continue to improve the system of education, we are still united with our common vision, mission,
and goal and that is to provide the basic and quality education to our learners.
