FITNESS AND WELLNESS PROGRAM FOR GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL

1. In connection to the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum

Circular No. 38 s. 1992, dated September 30, 1992 entitled “Fitness
and Wellness Program for Government Personnel”, wherein
requiring all employees to adopt the said program.

2. In order to promote healthy lifestyle among our teachers in school, the

Bagong Barrio Elementary School organizes Wellness Program where
in every Friday morning, all teachers and parents are invited to
participate in Zumba dance. The Zumba dance will last for 30
minutes.

Dear Parents / Guardians,

In order to promote healthy lifestyle among our teachers and stakeholders in

school, the Bagong Barrio Elementary School organizes Wellness Program where in
every Friday morning, we will conduct a Zumba Fitness Program.

As one of our stakeholders, we are inviting you to join us on the said

program at exactly 9:00 o’clock in the morning. It will be held at Bagong Barrio
Elementary School Gymnasium.
