I. LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson students should be able to:

a. Answer each questions accurately;
b. Follow the instructions correctly;
c. Exercise honesty in taking the quiz.
II. SUBJECT MATTER
Topic: Long quiz in Photography and Film.

References: Horizons 10 Music and Arts Appreciation for Young Filipino.
Materials: PowerPoint, Laptop, Tv or Projector, Paper and Ballpen.
Value: To develop the honesty of each student in answering the following questions.
III. LEARNING PROCEDURE

A. Routine Activities
1. Prayer
- The teacher should ask one student to lead the prayer.

- The students will stand – up and start the prayer.
2. Greetings
- Teacher will greet the students and ask if they are okay.
- The students greet back the teacher and they also greet their classmates.
3. Checking of Attendance
- The teacher will call all names to know who are absent in today’s class.
- The students are raising their right hand when their name was called and say
“present”.
4. Classroom Management
- Teacher will ask the students to arrange their chair, pick-up the trash under their
chair and put it in the trash can.
- Students are arranging their chair and pick-up the trash under their chair.

B. Preparatory Activities
1. Review
-The teacher will ask the students about their previous lessons.
 What are the topics that you still remember from our previous lesson?
 What are the six components of lifestyle?
 What is Balance Lifestyle?

2. Motivation
-The teacher will give an inspirational message to motivate students to answer the quiz and to
study harder.
C. Lesson Proper
1. Presentation
-The teacher will discuss the general directions and give an instruction before answering the
long quiz.
General Directions:
1. Use black ink pen only.
2. Avoid any erasures if possible.
3. Read the direction of the quiz before answering.
4. Read the questions carefully.
5. Strictly no cheating.
D. APPLICATION
-The students will prepare ½ lengthwise.
-The students will write their names, sections, and subjects on their paper.
E. GENERALIZATION
-The teacher will ask students about the general directions that she have discussed.
IV. EVALUATION

Prepare ¼ sheet of paper and answer these questions, choose the correct answer inside the
box.
