PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT ACTIVITIES FOR KINDER TO GRADE 6 LEARNERS

To: All Sapang Dayap ES Teachers

1. This office announces the conduct of the PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT ACTIVITIES FOR K-6 LEARNERS
to be conducted from 8 A.M. to 9 A. M. starting August 22-26, 2022.

2. The activities aim to prepare the learners emotionally, mentally, socially, and physically for the in-person
face to face classes after the 2 year distance learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

3. It is requested that all teachers conduct these activities on the first hour for the first week of classes with
utmost care, patience, and understanding among his learners.

4. Activities shall be simple (easy to understand) properly guided and supervised by the adviser and closely
monitored by the School head, School DRRM and Guidance Coordinators.

5. Enclosure No. 1 contains ACTION PLAN for the said PSS Activities and Work Committee.

6. Soft copy and hardcopy of the documentation shall be prepared and filed properly for SBM and OPCRF
MOVs by the DRRM and Guidance Coordinators.

7. IATF health protocols are to be strictly followed and implemented during the course of preparations and
conduct of the activities.

8. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.

NARRATIVE REPORT:

1. The meeting started with a prayer led by Mrs. Raquel C. Alcoriza, School Guidance
Coordinator.
2. Mrs. Eufrocina S. Santos, Head Teacher III, spearheaded the immediate
dissemination of important information about the conduct of Psychosocial Support
Activities for Kindergarten to Grade 6 Learners.
3. Mrs. Maureen V. Villacoba, School DRRM Coordinator, discussed the reorientation on
the action plan preparation for the said PSS Activities and Work Committee.
4. All teachers are requested to conduct these activities on the first hour for the first week
of classes from 8:00AM to 9:00AM starting August 22-26,2022.
