II. To Order
The Adviser of Grade 11 Manuel L. Quezon, Romeo A. Dioquino, the adviser of Grade 11 R.
Magsaysay and the adviser of Grade 11 D. Macapagal as the presiding officers, conducted a
meeting at 1:00 pm with the parents and guardians held at Room 7. The three sections were
combined for this meeting.

The meeting started with an opening prayer. The advisers greeted the parents a warm Good
Afternoon.

III. Business of the Day

Agenda no. 1: Division Memorandum No. 153 S. 2022

The Division Memorandum No. 153 S. 2022 was discussed by Sir Romeo A. Dioquino.
The memorandum is about the Election of Homeroom, Grade Level and SPTA-BOD. The
discussion started with defining the different terms in relation to the latter. It was explained
thoroughly to the parents to further understand the topic. It was explained also to the
parents that there will be an election for the new set of HPTA Officers for the S.Y 2022 –
2023. In relation to the memorandum, the parents were also informed about the GrPTA
election were the Presidents and Vice Presidents of each section will be selected as the
 Representative and the Alternate. The selected representative and alternate will be
endorsed for the SPTA-BOD Election.

After the discussion, the election for HPTA Officers commenced. The advisers facilitated
the election of HPTA Officers.

Agenda no. 2: Classroom Assessment

The DepEd Order No. 8, S. 2015 about the Policy Guidelines on Classroom Assessment
for the K to 12 Basic Education Program. Sir Jestoni Peñalosa facilitated in informing the
parents which regards to the grading system that will be used for this school year. It was
also explained to the parents that failure of the students to accomplish the desired criteria
for the grading system will be a reason for low grades and at risk of failing the subject.

Agenda no. 3: Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE)

Mam Grace Españo facilitated the discussion of the Comprehensive Sexuality Education
to the parents. The topic is all about Understanding Gender-Based Violence. The parents
were informed of the possible situations regarding the latter. Concerning the teenage
pregnancy rate in the school, the parents were also informed the alarming increase of cases
compared last year. The responsibilities of the parents with their children were also
discussed during the discussion.

Agenda no. 4: Other Issues and Concerns

Sir Romeo Dioquino also informed the parents about the absences incurred by the
students. It was explained that tardiness may affect the students’ performance in school.
The parents were also informed that excuse letters with parents’ signature should be
observed if the student will not attend the class due to some valid reasons. The schedule of
students was also discussed.
