1. Meeting called to order at 8:00 p.m. by Katiguesen Grade VI-A Adviser, Femmie P.
Prado and Grade VI-B Adviser, Josephine C. Galapin taking the minutes.
2. The following is the agreed new set of officers for the school year 2018-2019:
President: Delia Tanzo
Vice-President: Anthony Prade
Secretary: Aileen Aguilar
Auditor: Eddie Acosta
P.I.O.: Gina Benenoso
Business Manager: Reynaldo Angi
Sgt.At-Arms: Ernie Felis
3. The school is recipient of WFP so the body agreed that the pupils will bring their own
eating utensils, drinking water, vegetables, spices, salt, seasoning and firewood.
4. They also agreed that there will be parents who will be assigned to cook for the two
sections.
5. It was also agreed that the homeroom project for each classroom will be the
construction of comfort room and the contribution is P100 per pupil.
6. Mr. Prado reiterated that a pupil cannot pass if he/she cannot read and five
consecutive absences mean dropped.
7. He also clarified that a birth certificate is a must for a graduating pupil.
8. Meeting adjourned at 10:00 in the morning.

1. Meeting called to order at 8:30 p.m. by Katiguesen Grade VI-A Adviser, Femmie P.
Prado
and Grade VI-B Adviser, Josephine C. Galapin taking the minutes.
2. Mr. Prado asked suggestions from the parents regarding the fencing of the grade 6
area.
3. The body agreed to have a PINTAKASI during the construction of the fence. The lunch is
Free but they should provide their eating utensils and drinking water.
4. The pupils should avoid absent from their class or they’ll be subject to be “dropped” or
“failed”.
5. Birth Certificate must be submitted as basis for the correction of data entry in the Form-
137 and SF1.
6. Mr. Prado reminded the parents that the Hari at Reyna ng Katiguesen is fast
approaching and therefore there should be a candidates from grade 6.
7. The candidates was hailed from the grade 6-B section namely, Erico Estanislao and
Jenny Dan. The body agreed that each pupil aside from the candidates will contribute an
amount P20.00
8. Pupils’ tardiness and absences will be recorded to serve as basis, if the pupil fails to send
an excuse letter to the teacher, he shall therefore be subject to be ‘dropped’ for that
school year.

Proceedings :
1. Meeting called to order at 8:00 p.m. by Katiguesen Grade VI-A Adviser, Femmie P.
Prado
and Grade VI-B Adviser, Josephine C. Galapin taking the minutes.
2. Mr. Prado reminded the parents to bring vegetables and firewood to augment the
feeding program.
3. The body agreed to cultivate and plant vegetables to their children’s garden to be used
during feeding.
4. Birth Certificate must be submitted as basis for the correction of data entry in the Form-
137 and SF1.
5. Mr. Prado reminded the parents of transferees to follow up the form 137 of their
children from their previous school.
6. Pupils’ tardiness and absences will be recorded to serve as basis, if the pupil fails to send
an excuse letter to the teacher, he shall therefore be subject to be ‘dropped’ for that school
year.
