The Conduct of Values Formation Session for Senior High School Students
Grade 11 and Grade 12 of Ricardo Dizon Canlas Agricultural School

In accordance to the Department of Education’s Core Values, Maka –

Diyos, Makabansa, Makatao, Makakalikasan. The Ricardo Dizon Canlas
Agricultural School aims to develop knowledge, skills and attitude to the
students it serves. The Senior High School Department will conduct a Values
Formation Session for Senior High School Students.

The purpose of the activity is to bring back the values (Maka Diyos,
Makabansa, Makatao at Makakalikasan) on the young ones.

To develop not just their knowledge, skills, and attitude but also to
impart to them the importance of spirituality to one’s individual.

The activity is prepared for the Senior High Scholl students only. (Grade
11 and 12).

WHEREAS, the activity will be held once a month during the scheduled
time for Career Guidance and Youth Development Sessions. Only 1 hour every
session is allowed.

WHEREAS, the Guidance Coordinator and Personal Development

Teachers are the spearheading teachers on the said activity.

WHEREAS, the teachers will invite speakers like ministers with regards
to spiritual topics.

WHEREFORE premises considered, duly seconded and approved

unanimously;

RESOLVED FURTHER that copy of this Resolution should be furnished

to the Office of the School Principal for her information;
