FORWARD

This masterpiece with the collaborative effort of the dedicated teachers of San Isidro
Elementary School, they were able to gather, study, analyze and interpret the available
data of the school in the pre and pandemic stage.
In spite the preparation done by the school in capacitating the teachers in the new
normal way of teaching brought about by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic,
conducted the best learning modality to reach out pupils and continue education amidst
the pandemic, strengthened support of parents and with the proper survey, consultation
and orientation of the pupils and parents on how to cope up with the new trend and
system in the teaching and learning, learning gaps were discovered with the sudden
change of the system of education brought about with the progressive expansion of
limited face to face classes as pandemic restriction in the area was eased.
The birth of San Isidro elementary School Learning Recovery Plan was crafted to bridge
the learning lost during the two-year pandemic time. The proposed policy for learning
recovery is anchored on learning remediation and intervention, professional
development, health, safety and wellness. More so focusing on the literacy, numeracy,
writing skills, social well-being of the pupils and the security and maintenance of the
schoo and professional growth and development of teachers. Based from the data
gathered, SWOT analysis was done, teachers identified the key stages per pillar,
ensure that there are necessary and effective interventions in place so that learners can
catch up and accelerate their learning.
I strongly believe that the goals of the plan will be achieved with the collaboration and
efforts of the teachers, the instructional supervision and technical assistance of the
school head with the aid of the master teachers of the school plus the strong support of
the external stakeholders of school.

This masterpiece with heavy research work was done by my junior, Dr ( mention the name) with full
dedication. Previously he has achieved enormous success in the teaching profession and is new in the world of
research. The paper title “parenting and children” will open new opportunities and perspectives in the
parents' minds. And they will surely start understanding their child in a new way.
In my entire teaching and counseling career, I have witnessed that the world is getting busy, and I find
children are not having their parent company. I am hopeful that this work will surely impact readers' minds
and they will make the world a better place.
